Maintenance

Every apartment is professionally painted, cleaned, and undergoes either a carpet/flooring replacement or a professional cleaning. Before receiving the keys, the Service Manager conducts a final walk-through to ensure everything is in order, followed by an additional walk-through by the management team to ensure that your new home is ready for you.

No. If permission to enter has been granted during your absence, then there is no problem with someone entering.

Our on-site maintenance team is available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for routine maintenance and 24 hours for emergency maintenance.

Submitting service requests is easy with the online resident portal! If you can't log in, contact the leasing office. For emergency or after-hours requests, call (706)894-9795.

If you find yourself locked out of your home during business hours, kindly visit the leasing office with a valid proof of identity of residency. We will be able to assist you in gaining entry into your home. However, if it happens after business hours, you will need to call a locksmith. 

Amenities

Parking is available for all residents. 

We offer many amenities in our community and within our apartment homes. A few of our favorite amenities include our Sparkling Pool, Charcoal Grills, Pet Spa, Gas Fire Pit, Bark Park, Playground. Our pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9 AM to 9 PM

Yes! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Pet fees and breed restrictions apply.

Your apartment will feature black appliance package that includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. *Select units have washer and dryers and stainless steel appliances

No, but we can recommend a local company for you.

Admin

We make every effort to respond to all applications within two business days. Once we receive all of your information, we will run a criminal and credit background check on each applicant. The results of the screening may take between two and five business days to be returned to our office.

You can conveniently pay your rent through our secure online resident portal. Additionally, we have partnered with Flex Pay to provide you the flexibility of splitting your monthly rental payments into smaller installments.

As a requirement, we ask all residents to maintain an active renter's insurance policy. You should provide a copy of the insurance policy to our leasing team before or on your move-in date. Failure to provide the policy will result in automatic enrollment in our liability waiver program with a monthly fee of $13.

Xfinity will provide your Cable and Internet services

You may end your lease early by submitting a written notice of at least 60 days prior to the date you intend to move out. Additionally, you will be required to pay an early termination fee equivalent to two months' worth of rent.

Before moving in, please ensure that you contact Georgia Power to initiate service in your name from the date your lease commences. Our staff will handle the setup for water, sewer, and Valet Living before you move in. You'll be provided with contact information for Xfinity and AT&T prior to moving in.

It is the responsibility of the resident to handle all utility-related matters.
